EXCHANGE POLICY 

*EXCHANGE REQUEST**

  • Notify customer service within 3 days of the product.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed; style and color exchanges are not permitted.
  • Customers are responsible for both return and delivery shipping fees.

*Exchange for Quality ISSUES**

  • Immediately take photos/videos of the product once received and contact customer service within 3 days.
  • Customers need to pay for the shipping costs upfront.

The company will reimbursethe shipping costs after confirming the issue.
